You can complete the entire process remotely with our guidance and power of attorney setup if needed.
It depends — every property transaction is unique. On the buyer’s side, the most common factor that can delay the process is the mortgage approval, as banks require time to review documentation and finalize conditions.
For resale properties, the full process — from accepted offer to deed signing — typically takes 6 to 10 weeks. For off-plan projects, timing depends on the construction schedule. Because we handle all administrative and legal steps internally (NIE, bank, contracts, due diligence, notary coordination), we significantly reduce delays and make the process seamless for buyers abroad.
