We focus on opportunities where complexity, not risk, is the main barrier to entry. Our investment strategy is built around short- to medium-term execution, with a strong focus on capital efficiency and disciplined risk management.
We typically target:
- Investment cycles of under 12 months
- We contribute +25% of the total capital required
- We target a minimum Gross Annualized Return of 30%
Each opportunity is evaluated based on its ability to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns within a clearly defined timeframe, supported by active asset management and a clear exit strategy.
Our role includes
- Identifying and Acquiring Investment Opportunities
Opportunities arising from distressed debt positions, including assets in recovery or restructuring processes with potential for repositioning or value extraction.
- Structuring the Investment and Defining the Strategy
Assets acquired directly from financial institutions, including repossessed properties and balance-sheet disposals, often available below market value.
- Managing the Asset throughout the Investment Cycle
Assets and portfolios divested by investment funds as part of portfolio rotation, capital reallocation, or exit strategies.
- Driving Value Creation and Exit Strategy
Privately sourced assets not publicly marketed, accessed through our local network of owners, operators, banks, and advisors.
