Hispania Property Buyers was founded in 2019 with a clear purpose: to bring a truly independent, internationally focused property service to Spain — one that works exclusively for the buyer, with no conflict of interest with sellers or agencies.

Behind the firm sits a team with over 12 years of combined experience in the Spanish real estate sector. We launched Hispania to bring that expertise to a very specific audience: foreign investors and second-home buyers who want to navigate the Spanish market with the same confidence and protection they would expect in their home country.

Today we operate across four key regions in Spain — Valencia, Madrid, Marbella (Costa del Sol), and Jávea (Costa Blanca) — combining local market knowledge with a fully international approach.
